Applied online. Was contacted within 24 hours and scheduled to come to their Troy office for an interview. The interview included a senior recruiter, a random blonde guy just sitting there and their CEO. I've never felt so attacked during an interview. The CEO was asking what my parents do and where I'm from. He was trying to size up how desperately I needed employment. I think their CEO uses interviews as a time to make himself feel important because all he did was speak and ask inappropriate questions. Who does that?
