First,I saw this position on website, I submitted a resume. A few days later,I got a phone call to set up interview time, then a screen interview , ask some basic java questions, then I was told I got that offer.

Applied online, got a call from recruiter on the next day. Then settled a phone interview in the following week. Actually they stood me up for the first scheduled phone interview, the reason they claimed was that interviewers were busy. Then they called me for settling another time. Then the interviewer called me right on time. Honestly , the recruiter had accent, sometime it was really hard to understand.
