The recruiter sent me a technical assessment. I completed it but I didn't hear back so I emailed her. She didn't respond until a month later saying that the position has been filled. She is very bad at responding and you would need to send her a couple of emails before she responds. She is terrible. The company is great so I don't know why the HR department sucks.
You schedule a 2 hour time block to take an assessment test sent to you by HR. It's two assessments -- one is excel based and another are word problems.

The interview process is long, which is not unusual for a role like this. First, you'll get an excel test and pending performance on that, a recruiter phone screen, a 1:1 with the hiring manager, then a loop with the team.
The recruiter was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

Entrevista
Ok, received an email from HR to fill out and excel assessment. Discrepancies between actual time allowed on the assessment and what the HR contact initially said. I also received emails meant for another candidate. Overall, it was a disorganized process. I did not receive any feedback once I completed the assessments.
