Entrevista
Relatively quick...started with a phone interview to make sure you could communicate clearly. That lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then you get called in to meet with a manager, again just making sure that you know how to talk to people and not get nervous. If they like you, they will give you a short script to take home and memorize, and then come back a 2nd time to present. You meet a couple of department heads, again to assess your ability to be friendly, talk smoothly, make eye contact, etc.

You will experience a phone interview with a recruiter, then two zoom interviews. If you make it past these, you will then have to interview with the branch amanger and sales manager in person.

First interview is with someone from HR and 2nd interview is with hiring manager. Standard interview questions, nothing difficult......be prepared to talk about relevant experience and if you've ever worked in a 100% commission role.
