Interview was formatted as a 1:1 friendly conversation from top down interviewers (unique in my experience). The first round video call was with the VP of Operations, where he introduced himself and the company. Then he allowed me to lead the interview questions (Very 'outside the box' strategy). Next video call was with the Regional Director where he asked a few strategic scenario type questions and allowed me to also inquire of him. Lastly, I was given the opportunity to speak with a team member who is doing similar work. This interview process was a great experience because, in the spirit of reciprocity, they offered as much as they asked of me. A fine start to any working relationship.
