It was a thorough but comfortable interview. Started on time and was not rushed. I appreciate the depth they went to to describe the job well, address my questions & concerns, and ascertain my fitness for the position.

Phone screening with recruiter. He asked some basic questions and gave me some pointers when talking to the area foreman. The recruiter was pleasant but the foreman sounded like a difficult person to get along with. I withdrew.

Asked weird questions that really didn't relate to the job. Asking what hobbies you have that will help you in your job at sysco was definitely one that took me off guard and that I couldn't answer.
