Extremely disappointing as they lead on the candidates without ever considering to give an offer. I was asked to meet 9 different people during the various stages of the hiring process and it is not even a Microsoft or Google. And after I met who I was told to, I was rejected saying that I do not have knowledge of employment standards. That was the very first conversation I had with he recruiter and other during various stages and it was always clear that I do not have that knowledge then why was I lead on and asked to sit for 5-6 rounds unnecessarily only to be told later what everyone knew since the start. This company really wastes time and effort of candidates who go ahead and apply. It goes to show how they disrespect people's time. Never considering it as an employer.
