A 3-person panel interview (approx 1h) followed by an assessed lab practical (to assess pipetting skills, following a platemap, numerical skills namely C1V1 = C2V2, and running a PCR plate)

Very formal interview, lots of maths & technical questions, but my reasonable adjustments were easily accomadated and I was made to feel very comfortable on the tour of the laboratory. Good responsiveness via nhs trac and emails, and quick to hear the result of the interview.
