I had a 1hr phone interview with the HR agent for screening purposes. We discussed the role and my skills in some depth. It went well, she was friendly and encouraging and could see the relation between my experience and the job profile. I was told I would hear between 1-2 weeks on the outcome. Unfortunately, 6-8 weeks later and no reply. I'm assuming it was a no, but even an automated email to that effect would have been good!
