Applied and received an email asking me to complete video questions prior to even speaking to anyone directly. I took the time to do the video replies and received a rejection about a week later. All without actually speaking with a real human at all. Not a great way to learn if someone is truly a good fit or not in my opinion. If you get this when applying, I would save the hassle and look elsewhere as you may never actually get to speak to someone who can really get a good feel for you.

Entrevista
Lengthy. The team did a thorough job of the interviewing process but it did feel a bit over engineered. The leadership team brought great energy and the HR partners were committed to the cause. Overall it was a positive experience but the length of time and amount of extra non-traditional interview exercises made for a long process.

Entrevista
Hiring process was quite normal, I had to take online tests and do a group activity with other candidates. After that I had a 1:1 interview with my manager. They asked very simple questions, but I believe this was because it was a internship interview. Overall it was fast and straight to the point.
