There were 3 rounds of interviews, 2 technical rounds, and 1 HR round 1st round was based on your experience and behavioral If you have great experience and knowledge, this round will be quite easy, but they do try to confuse you and get to details of everything you have done and every question they ask So quite an intense round with no continuous firing of questions, and they expect all answers to be in detail and star format. 2nd round was with the head of the digital team and more of conversational and understanding your approach and expectations, and the last 15 minutes were for BA questions where it's more related to BABOK 3rd Round HR was for them to understand if you are a right fit and how passionate you are about the role. More focused on communication skills and how properly you can explain your way and approach of working and why you are right fit amongst others. Syngenta interview experience was really amazing. You get to learn a lot by talking to the experts panel and understand where you actually stand in your career. In terms of compensation, I did get what I asked for with little negotiation.
