I'm glad i only interviewed with the HR which is usually the first step. The recruiter appeared very unorganized and that was the first reg flag for me. Called one day earlier than we had scheduled for and said it was a mix up with someonelse. On the next day, which was the day of the scheduled interview, we talked and I think it went ok, i had some concerns that would have been best discussed with hiring manager. 3 weeks later, no response or follow up. I followed up and then got a rejection email. Although i had some worries about the response i got regarding onboarding process, perhaps it was a good thing they moved on to other candidates.
