Worst interview process in India. Literally took 1.5 months to complete 8 rounds of interview with multiple stakeholders (14-15 people) and the only ones left are perhaps the watchmen, peon and cleaning lady. I mean for a mid level role like this, why do you need such a rigorous process, I dont understand. Highlight is after all this, they offered me a salary with roughly 15-16% hike and asked me to relocate from Bangalore to Pune. Funny HR india lead with a very funny fake english accent and the business operations leader was ok'ish. The amount of hype they gave for the role was tremendous and showcased elephant for a mouse. Just wasted 1.5months of my time and I noticed they didn't seem to care for their time spent. Don't waste your time, future candidates.
