I applied on may and then i received an email on June to have an interview for one hour they ask me about my back ground and my recent projects also we have talked about the projects and the result also some general questions about team working then I have waited for two weeks and didnt get any response and the call for a feed back and then they organise a short zoom meeting

- Preselection via resume AND research summary - 1st interview via Teams (motivation, adequation to the position) - 2nd interviews on site (company visit, lunch and technical/strategic interviews) Technical: 5 sheets of paper with various exercices related to chemistry (organic AND inorganic) Strategic: HR interview, nothing fancy
