Hardly any technical questions were asked. Most of them sounded like interrogation as to why looking for change.
Lengthy questions (usually asked in face to face that need pen,paper and set of assumptions) were asked in a online meeting
I doubt the interviewer preparedness and readiness to hear and evaluate candidates with varied experiences and ideas. Only if the panel was interested in accepting the industry exposure of experienced professionals and identifying the value , candidates bring to the table, the company strength would increase by large.
I strongly feel my expertise, project experience, responsibilities, self-learning and outlook to work beyond daily responsibilities were NOT put to test but irrelevant questions were given precedence.
