3 rounds - pretty standard. heavy emphasis on company culture. First round over phone, then next 2 in person. Job seems to be part finance and part insurance. Will know more about it soon.

The interview was with one of the senior financial advisors on a Friday so it was informal. They have lovely office space in Overland Parl. Overall, I see an enormous potential for growth and acceleration, but ultimately I could not commit to the 40+daily call expectations.
