      Entrevista

Seemed like a "solid" role in a company I was willing to try, but the interviewer was acting very slow and claimed the opposite about things he could not possibly know. After talking about how I made my own company, selling software which I created, and all aspects of a business done by 1 to 3 people, for some reason it was implied over and over that "my resume did not show that I can answer phones or use Windows" - if you don't know, things you need to know in order to do the intermediate or advanced things I had already done (not only done, but generally "created" or led). I myself say I was probably not a good fit, but the rant about how he thought I was better than everyone and not humble enough was amusing (while I sat and listened for over 10 minutes, and was told that I didn't know the job description, and some other stuff while I clicked and re-read the job description in about 10 seconds lol). Clearly was a company that got "investors" from the real profitable medical sector but for whatever reason the half-baked product they offer is barely sustainable, and the reviews here are understandable under that kind of management I guess. No offense intended but it makes you look "dumb" as if I have to explain something to the "manager of the department", or if they are going to say basic task are "not something you can do" while on a phone looking at a resume. If they "are" that dumb then it's sad that I'd have to point out that if you can do repair of hardware then you can "use a computer" and engage in that sort of useless rhetoric. I even got the impression that based on being "too smart" the manager no longer wanted to hire and it was like listening to a dinosaur talk about: nothing tangible whatsoever. final note: there was no test yet on the phone interview, so it was entirely on the manager to ascertain that somehow I did not have those skills; or was otherwise somehow assuming that I was too important for him or the company. I guess I would not recommend, because you can't even get your foot in the door, for a support role if you're overqualified for it, unless you are really good at playing dumb and slowing down your thought process by about 5x.
