The interview process was misleading, to say the least. They portrayed the role in a positive light, but as I progressed through the stages, it became clear that their intentions were not entirely transparent. What was particularly concerning was the revelation that they have a significant number of individuals working without compensation, which was never mentioned during the recruitment process. This raised serious ethical concerns for me, as it felt exploitative and misaligned with what was initially presented.
