motivation for applying to this position, why Syneos Health, how did I handle a pressuring situation in the past
Had a general application process which included submitting a CV and Cover letter. This was proceeded by a video interview. You were given a question to answer for which you given a sufficient amount of time to prepare for and were allowed to re-recorded yourself, which was very helpful.
