Me ha contactado el reclutador por LinkedIn y establecimos un día y horario para la entrevista. Primero fue con el reclutador donde me informó del puesto, un resumen de la compañía y los beneficios.
Luego se organizó la entrevista con los managers donde fue una hora en total, la mitad ha sido en inglés y el resto en español.
Al otro día de la entrevista con el manager recibí la offer letter.

Interview process with the talent acquisition was very smooth. Interview with the hiring manager was not so smoothly conducted. Interviewer clearly had made up her mind even before the interview and did not even properly listened to the answers provided.

Beim 2. Interview hat der Interviewer mich ständig unterbrochen, ließ mich nicht beim Interview ausreden, und sprach in einem sehr herablassenden Ton mit mir. Ich habe meine Bewerbung sofort zurückgezogen. Ich fand es respektlos.
