After communicating through email for a couple days, the senior technical recruiter contacted me to have a brief chat about the position. We spoke about the various skills needed and whom Synectics for Management Decisions does business with. Interview lasted about 30 or so mins. Later that week had a conference call with Chief of Staff and Senior Technical Recruiter. Talked about my former experience and completed projects I have developed. Also talked about what I could bring to the table.
