My experience with Synechron's recruitment process was disappointing. After scheduling a technical interview, they failed to show up as planned. Despite my attempts to reach out, there was no response for four days.
Although I received a second interview invitation afterward, the initial lack of accountability and communication was off-putting. While I don't want to completely discredit the company, this experience raised concerns about their reliability.

There were three rounds of interview for this position. L1, L2 and Directorial round. L1 mostly java 8 and sql questions. L2 spring boot and microservices questions. Focus on Streams, default and static method.
