Their H.R. from Pune scheduled my interview.
There was a total of 2 technical discussions followed by 1 managerial round.
I received a positive response from my technical discussions but their H.R kept me on hold for more than 20 days.
She took every detail and document of mine but didn't release the offer letter till my last working date and she stopped replying to my emails and calls.
That was a quite a bad experience with Synechron where I was put on hold for more than 20 days without any final confirmation besides that I had cleared every interview round.
This shows company culture with the new candidates.

Interview process was simple, quick and 1 day process.
I have cleared 2 rounds of f2f techno managerial round followed by HR.
HR assured me that I have been shortlisted and will get offer letter by next week.
I followed with HR more than a month and each time I got positive response saying its under process and will get offer letter anytime soon.
After more than one month of pain I did not get the offer letter, instead of that I got an assignment which I need to be completed within just 2 days. They clearly know its next to impossible to complete that highly complex and lengthy application within deadline.
However, I submitted the application in 2 days and as expected they finally rejected my offer.
I really feel cheated now.
Guys beware of this kind of company.
