The whole experience was awful and pathetic, hiring ppl are very unprofessional. I suggest ppl having exp over 4 years to never go for this company. They will select you and then later will reject you saying requirement went on hold, just because they are unable to give you compensation as per your exp(thats what i feel). Interview process was too long, On the interview day, 3 tech rounds and it took whole day ~11 hours. 2 to 3 panel on ~150 to 200 ppl. Interview was on Saturday and i cleared all the rounds, on the same day HR told me they will contact me on coming Monday but they never contacted. I have to call the HR again and again just to get an update on the process and after 2 weeks i got a call that one more round is needed, i attended and cleared the same. Interviewer said we are very impressed with your profile and will send you offer asap, but i never got any call after that for next 3 weeks, so i called HR and HR said requirement went on hold so we can not hire you. Again I got call from different HR for different clients but interviews never happened. So please stay away from this kind of companies to save time, money and your efforts.
