Initial interview - the interviewer was pretty scatty. Didn't answer my questions directly. Was a bit all over the place, so was difficult to put any coherent answers together as the questions were not asked in a structured way. Was very off putting and of course, wasn't invited forwards, but not sure I would have wanted to anyway.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty standard. It consists of several conversations and one take home assessment. Adequate time was given for the take-home and it was representative of what an engineer would be doing on the job.
