Syndigo recruiter reached out after I expressed interest over LinkedIn. An initial call with the recruiter followed by 2 phone interviews with VPs of Client Development (they have a LOT of VPs!). Then I came in for a 2 hour on-site interview with a presentation role play. It all went well I thought. But the strangest thing was that they just ghost you after and don't tell you if you got the job or not!

Role play was very basic. Asked questions focused on establishing ROI and handling objections.
First interview went great with recruiter. Very helpful and informative. Second interview with hiring manager not so much. Asked a lot of 90’s style behavioral type questions. Didn’t ask about my current role and responsibilities or the role they’re hiring for. At the end when I was asked questions to find out more about the role they got visibly annoyed and angry. I’ve never experienced an interview like this before in my life. Looks like I dodged a bullet.

Talk about a time there was a conflict in the office and how did you handle it.

Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Messy. I applied for a role in Early April (through a referral), but nobody got back to me for two+ weeks. Finally did a phone screener, which went really well, was sent an aptitude test, did it. FOllowed up with recruiter, no response. Followed up with the recruiter a week later, no response. A few weeks passed, was sent another aptitude test. Emailed the recruiter to make sure I needed to do it. Never heard back. Did it anyways. A week or two later I received a generic rejection email.

After going through 3 interviews, I then never heard back until 3 weeks later and asked for another interview. Then ghosted again, steer clear of the unprofessional organization
