HR reached out to me and set up an interview. Suddenly, I received a barrage of voicemails from an outside recruiting firm. I called the recruiting firm, they said they were working on this position. I stated that I already had a interview scheduled with HR for this job. The outside recruiter asked me two questions and told me I did not need to interview with HR. He already submitted another candidate. The Sycroness HR lead then contacted me stating he no longer needed to interview me since the outside recruiter already did. I would hardly call the two questions the outside recruiting firm asked me an interview. It was evident the outside recruiter did not want other candidates jeopardizing a commission and placement.
