      Entrevista

      The interview process at Syncro was straightforward and primarily focused on personality and past experiences. I had the opportunity to meet with various team members, including senior leadership. The initial stages were professional and pleasant, but I became concerned during a later conversation. While discussing my background, including my relocation to the U.S., the conversation shifted to personal matters that felt unrelated to the role. The tone of the questions about my motivations for working, along with comments about my husband's financial success, created an uncomfortable and unprofessional dynamic. Despite my efforts to emphasize my dedication to building my own career, the conversation left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. Overall, while the earlier stages were positive, this experience raised concerns about the leadership culture within the company.

      Pregunta 1

      During the interview, I was asked to start with "Tell me about yourself," where I shared my professional background, experiences, and skills relevant to the role. In the final stage, I participated in a role-play exercise. I was given two products and asked to sell them, relying on data to create a persuasive pitch. This exercise tested my ability to analyze information, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of the products.
