Recruiter first reached out via LinkedIn looking to chat. I never heard back after replying but didn't think much of it because I had taken a bit to respond. A couple months later the same recruiter reached back out. We set up a call for the next day that seemed to go great. She pitched the role/company to me, shared who the hiring manager was, responded positively to my salary range and said she'd be sending me an email with more info and I could provide availability for the next round interview. Unfortunately I never heard from her and she never responded when I tried to follow up on linkedin a week later.

Had an easy discussion with the recruiter, your typically questions. Didnt hear a reply at all from them after the interview. Would have been nice to know on next steps or something. Felt very awkward.
