Super easy on campus interview. We literally just chatted about life for 30 min. Flown to Atlanta for interview at office in Alpharetta. There was a dinner the night before, which approximately 3 people from Synchrony showed up to. The next day there was a presentation from HR guy about the company, the role and the program. The people in sales were not intelligent or intellectual. Coming from a top university, I could tell it was not a great fit. Two back to back 30 min interviews. Both behavioral- questions came straight from a binder with a list of things to cover. Nothing unexpected. Probably didn't get it because they could maybe tell I didn't want it.
