went through 3 different rounds of interviews each one was about a week or two a part, At the very end they told me that for the first 90 days I am not allowed to take any time off, And, when I told them that my sister's wedding landed within that 90 days they asked me to ask her if I needed to be there.

The application process seemed highly disorganized. While all email interactions were cordial, my interview kept getting rescheduled on short notice. It was hard to get any clear answers. Felt more like pulling teeth, than a hiring process.

Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
