      Entrevista

      Applied online, was given the option to schedule a phone interview, later scheduled for an on-site interview. Guy seemed very bland personality wise and read basic questions from a packet. Interview literally only took a total of 45 minutes with me arriving and waiting and doing the interview and leaving. Atmosphere seemed laid back but not very many options for scheduling. Was told via phone interview that there was a shift for 10:30- 6 and 1-10. When I asked he said only shift available was 1-10. Job description seems very simple. In order to get a shift change they base it off of your metrics and of course you have to put in a shift bid if they are available. I interviewed Friday and am waiting on a call whether or not they want to offer me a job!

      The application process seemed highly disorganized. While all email interactions were cordial, my interview kept getting rescheduled on short notice. It was hard to get any clear answers. Felt more like pulling teeth, than a hiring process.

      Interview process was easy with basic customer service questions. Early interactions suggested a friendly culture, but extended training exposed stricter expectations and a less supportive environment than originally presented. Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
