I was contacted by a recruiter from Synchrony. We scheduled a 30-minute call. After the call, they scheduled a zoom interview with the hiring manager. Recruiter was kind and absolutely pleasant, but the hiring manager was the exact opposite. During the 30-minute interview, I would mention some points from my experience and relate them to the role, and he would find counter-arguments on why I wasn't a good fit. It was borderline disrespectful and a waste of my time.

Worst interview experience I can have with any company in my career. Total 3 rounds after 3rd round they stopped responding because they have to hire the internal candidates. Worst experience with any company
