I did not go through the whole interview process. I got set up with an introductory 30 min video interview with one of the development engineer managers. Shortly after I applied, they reached out via email asking about some of my technical skills. Communication was very quick and extremely professional. I ended up getting another offer from another company, however. But I had a very positive experience with Synchrony and I'd recommend that any junior developer with a passion for coding should apply here.
