Wow! OMG! Wow! Are they serious? I had six interviews AND they were not progressive at all -- like interviews in the typical recruitment process are. I had six interviews! The first interview was an HR screening call and the next five interviews were literally the same thing over and over again but with a different person. Six interviews! Six! Seriously...six! I'm so tired of talking about myself. Six interviews! Does the CIA even conduct this many interviews? I feel literally exhausted... just depleted of all my spark, zest, and energy to job search. Like... I'm done. There is no respect for the candidate with a process like this. I am so burnt out from this experience. I'm literally charred from the inside out. I'm so burnt out that my eyes are black. I'm so burnt out that I'm literally exhaling smoke. Six interviews! I should have stayed away from this company after I saw all the customer complaints. But I proceeded. Six interviews! The day of my screening call, something happened and there was a delay. Instead of being understanding and kind, the recruiter said something so passive aggressive to me. I was taken aback. But I continued on. She also told me the interview process would take just three weeks--- and here I am two months later-- still being lead on when I follow up on the position. It's unfair that you give this process your all and you are just looked at as disposable... as a number and not as a human being with feelings, hopes, dreams, and aspirations. Six interviews. I bet El Chapo's recruitment process is better than this.

The whole process took 2+ months since the first contact until the official offer letter, so be patient if you are applying here. I applied online and was first contacted by a recruiter, after a few weeks I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After several weeks I went on site for a full day of interviews with several members of the team. I was very well organized and it went well. About a week later the HR contacted me again saying I would get a job offer in a few days. During the process, I reached out to HR a few times with questions and they were always quick to respond.

Phone interview with Senior Manager and Direct Supervisor. Both interviews occurred via phone. First interview was with Direct Supervisor and HR. Second Interview was with Senior manager. Both interviews occurred within 1 week of one another.
