The interview process with this company was fairly quick. Initial call with a recruiter, then about a week or two later, a series of calls (5-6 in total!) with the rest of the team. Nothing out of the ordinary for the process, however after all was said and done, after they wasted nearly 6 hours of my time, I was told that they were only hiring people with specific industry knowledge. It was extremely apparent from my resume, background and call with the recruiter that I did not have their specific industry knowledge of pharma, but close enough to it with experience in regulatory medical services to understand the process, be within the same general industry and have additional experience to back it up. Advice to the team at Synchrogenix, do NOT interview people and waste their time if you have no intention of hiring them and have a specific set of criteria in which to follow. Completely unprofessional, inappropriate and inconsiderate of job seekers, as well as the time spent for the team themselves to interview.
