Overall process was good, although i wasnt short listed.
Process:
1) Call with HR
2) Aptitude test - Number, Patterns, English & IQ
3) Online interview
I was referred by a friend. Failed part 2 but was given a chance for an interview. The interview was okay and interviewer was nice.... However, no updates for 3 weeks and only got to know i did not get shortlisted after asking about my status from the HR.
Had high hopes but apparently I was not what they are looking for.

1) Asked about whatever is in your resume
2) Are you able to work night shift?
Online assessment with 3 parts that tests language, math and technical. Very tough and challenging. Did not receive any update after the assessment, didn’t get in and got ghosted without getting any results.
They would often ask, "Tell me more about yourself" and what's your understanding and your knowledge of the coding skills. They will ask if you are able to deal with night routines as there are night maintenance which would involve your contribution as well.

3 rounds, one round with HR, one round to test numerical skills and writing skills, whereby you will do tests and write an essay. One round with hiring manager where they share about the role and ask some situational questions
