A series of interviews that tested technical knowledge and background in a variety of engineering aspects. The interview took 3 hours, and includes members from several disciplines to understand the breadth of your knowledge.

I applied to a job posting that I saw online through a job board. The whole interview process took place over a period of about 1-2 months and took place completely over the phone. The first interview over the phone was a preliminary screening with a member of their mechanical engineering team that had gone through the internship program previously. Each of the two interviews over the phone took approximately an hour each. There were several questions about my background and personality that were first asked, which were then followed by 3 technical questions. Overall the interview process was pleasant but I wish they offered in-person interviews because there is some stuff you just can't convey correctly over the phone with no context.
