Was submitted by a staffing company. First round was a technical phone interview, testing overall knowledge of J2EE. Second round F2F, spoke with 5 people/30mis each, some gets very technical some are just overall fitness. No coding challenge.

Phone interview loop with 4 employees in various locations. Very friendly team who asked insightful questions. Seemed to focus on cultural fit more than specific skills.
