2 rounds of techinal interview ..in which they focused majorly on ml models and wtever they interested asking in..just felt the company won't convert to full time .. they also told they won't give training but directly ask us to work

Found posting on LinkedIn and applied, was reached out to by HR, screening call was offered, but the only call set up was for a technical interview. Questions were fair for a trained data scientist. At the end of the interview, it was mentioned that I should be hearing back soon from HR. It has been over a week and have not heard back.
