Following rounds happened - 1. DSA round where medium leetcode questions were asked 2. Design round - filesystem 3. HM round - techno managerial round happened Difficulty level is medium for all the rounds

1. Technical round 2. Manager discussion 3. HR round First technical round is totally taken my an amateur panel, who are not at all technically strong, so it was very easy process as in some questions he was only aware of only one answer which he knows, thats what is expected from small organisations. Managerial discussion is totally behavioural one, no technical questions were asked in it. HR round is typically how soon you can join, and open for negotiations as they don’t have enough project as well as budget with them. Ultimately I have to drop the offer cause they were not offering me the package which was promised before the interview, plus based on the interview experience they don’t have sound technical people there, so no career growth would have happened for me here. I was also having better offer than this one too.
