20 Minute phone call, not a whole lot expressed but emphasis on getting insurance license and checking with state guidelines. Discussion on resources given a minimum and contract not explained at length.
There was no interview. A link was sent via email to set up an initial interview. After setting up for a specific time, logging in, and waiting for thirty minutes, I logged out and chalked it up to a loss.
