The interview process for their actuarial internships lasts about four hours, and I saw four different branches of the company. You stay in a room and each branch comes to you. Their recruitment person is there to make you feel relaxed and she is really nice and very comforting. They ask you some fairly technical questions, they really are trying to get a feel for how good you are at actuarial science. They asked me one question about Excel that in the moment I had no idea how to answer, but then five minutes after the interview I was like, duh. All in all it wasn't too stressful, just be confident and practice with your college or friend with tricky questions so you don't say the wrong thing. I was offered an internship position but I turned it down for a full time position at Premera Blue Cross.

Ironically, the hardest question for me to answer was "tell us about yourself". With my career advisor, I had a mock interview and she recommended being very technical and listing off stuff like "I'm about to graduate from this college with this degree yada yada".

Applied online. Had initial phone interview with an actuary. Invited for an on-site interview (four 30 minute interview with two actuaries at a time). Mostly going over resume and some behavioral questions. They wanted to know how comfortable I was with excel.

The interview was easy, no difficult questions. Following the interview I was sent a test of sorts on Excel. They sent me a spreadsheet with a list of things to do with it.

For my application group, the field was cut to 9 before any interviews and then phone screening cut it to 8. The in-person interview consisted of four 45 minute interviews with the four departments. For the most part it's just resume review, but there are a few situational questions. I would recommend knowing the company and coming prepared to go over excel and probability skills to some extent.
