Entrevista
Met with several engineers who posed two different interview questions. One had to do with pirates and gold coins, the other was to design a user authentication algorithm that would grant different levels of access depending on the user's privileges.
Wasn't prepared to solve a pirate riddle, it's the first such non-software interview question in terms of a technical interview I've ever been given.
As far as the 2nd question, I thought I had mapped out the design fairly thoroughly on the white board. Apparently they didn't feel the same way.

Something about pirates, gold coins, and the pirates ganging up on each other tossing the unlucky victim overboard, keeping their gold.
I recently interviewed for a position and the experience was overall positive. The process was well-organized, starting with an initial screening call, followed by a technical interview, and then a final interview with the team lead.

Entrevista
It was a basic phone screen to determine whether I was eligible for the position for not. The interviewer was kind and asked simple questions regarding my background. She also gave a brief description of what the position's role and responsibility was on top of the company's goals.

In total there're 3 round interview process. Super nice interviewee and HR, pretty good interview experience.T he interviewee share details about company and group, and provide clear guidance in coding questions.
