Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Sylvan Learning Centers
Entrevista
I knew another teacher there, so it was a little easier to get my foot in the door than most I think. It was a personal interview with the center director, asking about my prior experience with teaching, my philosophy, what subjects I'd feel comfortable teaching and to what level. They went over what a basic session would look like, asked what my goals were and how it would work with the company. Pretty quick and painless over all.

All were basic questions about previous teaching experience, teaching style, etc.
phone interview then in person 30 min asking behavioral stuff like how would you teach this content to someone. the phone interview mostly asked about priori experiences and went through your resume
I wondered how good was it to work for them so I applied and landed an interview supposedly, but they never answered me. Some managers need to be aware that time is of the essence.

They will ask you about your teaching experience for different age levels, then give you scenarios that might happen during a tutoring session. They will also ask if you can multitask, because you might be tutoring 4 kids at once.
