The interview process was simple. There were 2 interviews (more if you are applying for a full-time job and not an intern). The first one was with the HR, asked common questions about me, why I am interested in joining Sylndr? How did I hear about them? etc Moving on, there were some behavioral questions like tell me a time overcame and issue/ problem. Next interview was the technical interview. It is a one on one interview that first tests your basic knowledge and understanding of data science all questions were fairly easy. Then, there was 2 case scenarios where I was given a real life problem happening at Sylndr and how would I solve them through using supervised models/ unsupervised models/ clustering, etc.
