The video interview cancelled 3 times and Everytime I came to only when I was already joined meeting and waiting for panel. Time is precious and people's time should be respected. Morning shows the day. I found this a very unethical, unprofessional behavior from the panel/he/team and hence discontinued my candidature by sending a formal mail to HR. Thanks..
