I applied through their website and provided a resume at a job fair a month prior. I came in for an interview under the impression it would with 4 people but the person who contacted me was not in the meeting. It lasted about 40 mins and I left with a good impression, regardless if I am offered the job or not.

2 part interview. One with HR, one with the site at which you will work. HR is really nice. Face to face interview focus more on clinical skills, identifying your strengths and weaknesses, how would you manage crisis situations, how you work outside the box with youth.
