I had a phone interview with the recruiter to establish job specifics. Then a phone interview was scheduled with the client. Since this was a Systems Administrator position, a certain amount of preparation was necessary. After a 30 minute phone interview, I was scheduled for a face to face interview within a few days. The face to face interview was successful and I was presented with an offer.
