Personable yet lengthy interview process. I had a total of four meetings—two virtual and two in-person—before the company ultimately let me know they would not be able to pay the salary range I was seeking. I did truly appreciate the transparency and consideration of my long-term happiness. However, I felt it should have come much sooner in the process out of consideration for my time, effort, and money. Salary expectations were discussed at the first meeting, and the series of interviews spanned over a four to five week period. All that said, everyone I met was amazing and authentic. I do believe this would be a good company to work with.
